With 700 global innovation leaders attending, the Innovation Roundtable Summit needed a way to boost engagement and make key insights more accessible and memorable from packed sessions over their three-day event.

Solution

Our live digital scribing captured speaker highlights in real time on iPad, with visuals shared on venue screens and within the event app. The illustrations sparked conversations during breaks and added energy to the event, whilst reiterating the key messages.

Impact

During the final session, the CEO used the full collection of scribed visuals to summarise the event highlights—transforming the wrap-up into a vibrant and engaging finale. The visuals were also shared post-event and on social media, offering lasting value for attendees and speakers.
