Using our promise management platform, SmartPromises, we designed a structured and engaging process for making and tracking commitments. Promise-based workflows allowed employees to make specific commitments related to the organization’s net zero goals, while the analytics and financial tracking features measured progress and impact and promoted transparency and accountability for all employees.

We delivered a program and method that promoted awareness among employees of how their individual contributions supported the organization’s wider goal. In turn, this created a culture of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement that enabled the organization to make meaningful strides toward its net zero goals.
